Every member of staff go out of their way to make us feel comfortable and the care towards my son is outstanding. TCU at the Marsden is the best and we as a family cannot thank them enough.

Based on our experience, we have had an excellent care here.
-Friendly and patient nurses, very helpful with information.
-Excellent medical care from the medical team including CNSs.
-Holistic care has been thought out well.
-Medical, social, play therapists/playroom, entertainment for children, open access to help on and when needed, school.
Cleanliness could be more thorough with the floor cleaning, daily mopping of the floor would be good - floor and up being sticky with spills despite wiping with wet tissue.
